Berry Pineapple Bliss
Calories: Approx. 250 calories. 1½ Fruit Servings.
1 serving of any HMR Vanilla Shake
½ cup cold water
1 cup mixed, fresh or frozen berries: blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries
½ cup chunk pineapple (in its own juice) drained
2-3 ice cubes
1 packet of non-caloric sweetener (optional)
Pour water into blender and begin mixing on lowest speed. Add HMR shake mix. Add ice cubes one at a time. Add fruit and continue blending until smooth. Cool and refreshing! Let us know how you like it!
